As a professional athlete and holder of the British and European deadlift records, as well as a fully qualified personal trainer, I established this platform with a focus on quality and technique.


I'm able to offer my clients elite level training with over 10 years experience. I'm a strength coaches and world class personal trainers that has worked in London, Middle East and Nigeria, I offer my clients

the most comprehensive and cutting edge personal training experience imaginable.
